Made-to-Order Items
What does "made to order" mean?
Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you after your order has been placed. Unlike stocked products, these items are not held in our warehouse and are only manufactured once your order is received. This helps reduce waste and ensures each item is produced to your specifications.
How long will my made-to-order item take?
Our made-to-order items have a production lead time of 5–7 working days before they are despatched. Please note that this production time is in addition to your chosen delivery service. During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.
Can made-to-order items be cancelled?
No. Once a made-to-order order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. As these items are produced specifically for you, production is scheduled immediately after your order is received. Please ensure you have selected the correct size, colour and quantity before completing your purchase.
Can i return or exchange a made-to-order item?
As made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly. If you have ordered the wrong size, we recommend referring to the size guide on the product page before placing your order. If your item arrives with a fault or we have made an error, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Why do made-to-order items take longer?
Each made-to-order item is individually produced after your order is placed. This process includes preparing your order, decorating or manufacturing the item, carrying out quality checks, and carefully packing it before despatch. Producing items on demand helps minimise waste and allows us to offer a wider range of products without holding unnecessary stock.
Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
If your order includes a made-to-order item, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it once it has been placed, as production begins shortly after the order is received. Please refer to our Made-to-Order Terms & Conditions for further information.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, you'll need to create an account before you can place an order with us.

How do i use a discount code?
We do not currently have any discount codes or promotional offers available.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items to it.
If you would like to purchase more items, please place a new order. If your original order has not yet been despatched, we will do our best to combine the orders where possible to help reduce shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers so we can check whether this is possible.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Orders containing stocked items only and placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) will normally be despatched the same working day.
Orders containing made-to-order items have a production lead time of 5–7 working days before despatch. Please allow for this when placing your order, as made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once your order has been placed.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Taxes and Duties are only applicable for Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Luxembourg (orders up to €150), Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Republic of Ireland, and the United States of America.
